The Kornblatt Company and its subsidiaries have an on-site management team to accommodate their customers and tenants on a timely basis. The team comprises

David Kornblatt- President & CEO
Tim Polanowski- Vice President & CFO
Frank Beck- Director of Building Operations
Sandi Casanova- Director of Garage Operations & Assistant Controller

David W. Kornblatt

Mr. Kornblatt oversees strategic planning for The Kornblatt Company, which he founded in 1964. He also supervises the leasing and operations of St. Paul Plaza, having been involved with leases for The Office of the Attorney General, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and NFL Player Benefits.

A member of the Greater Baltimore Committee, Mr. Kornblatt currently serves on the Chesapeake Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate, the management Board of the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, and the Board of the Baltimore Parking Association.

Tim Polanowski

Mr. Polanowski makes key decisions pertaining to the company’s operations. He also reports financial information to internal and third-party users and managers and motivates key employees. With eight years of accounting and 16 years of management experience, he is ready to take The Kornblatt Company into the 21st century.

Mr. Polanowski is a member of the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore and The Charles Street Development Corporation.

Frank Beck

Mr. Beck is in charge of all operational decisions for St. Paul Plaza including mechanical, electrical and building maintenance. A member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, he is exploring new technologies- including state-of-the-art temperature control and energy conservation- to enhance and efficiently upgrade the building and support the Green Building Movement.

Sandi Casanova

Ms. Casanova oversees accounts payables and receivables for three major corporations, and is responsible for all operations in St. Paul Plaza Garage. Her duties as garage manager include monthly parking enrollment, parking space assignment, maintenance and upgrades on all parking equipment. Ms. Casanova joined The Kornblatt Company in 1988.
